Psychological counseling

Intervention Model

This is a service specifically designed to support young people in developing the skills they need to shape life projects that bring them a sense of fulfillment—both personally and professionally.

The guidance process is inspired by Vital Therapy and developed through the books The Secret of Self-Esteem, You Have 4 Powers, and Peter Pan Can Grow Up. Through this approach, individuals learn to better understand themselves and build confidence in their potential by engaging in a process of self-analysis that strengthens the four pillars of personal security: self-esteem, self-image, self-concept, and sexual competence.

Once this first phase is complete, the process moves on to cultivating four personal powers with the potential to be developed: constructive intelligence, a positive attitude, willpower, and kindness. In doing so, the person becomes empowered to take charge of their own future—equipped to face the challenges of everyday life with greater confidence and a higher chance of success.
